The Challenge
Cars of Manchester wanted to move beyond transactional car sales and be recognised as a trusted, experience-led dealership. The challenge was to bring structure and depth to a brand that already had strong word-of-mouth appeal but lacked a defined voice, strategy, or visual consistency. They needed to translate that reputation into a cohesive identity that could scale across showrooms, campaigns, and online platforms.
